I have now cut the perspex into the required shape, it looks a bit like a peanut! And I have drilled holes so that I can attach the cable ties to the Pespex using wire.
I need to make a supporting frame like structure for this. So I have been experimenting with smaller versions to see how best to go about it.
I have make a crude wire outline as a pattern to work from.
