Finished fixing the base to the work last night finished just before it got too dark.This last part has been more involved than all the rest and has been a case of trial and error. With the benefit of hindsight I should have started with the frame and base and then worked upwards. The stupid thing is I started thinking about the base but thought I was being a bit previous!
Decided to weld brackets to the base and to have bolt on posts (the posts will be set in concrete for stability).
Looking forward to getting it installed tomorrow and seeing everyone else's work.
