Angela Read - Broomhill Sculpture Prize

I Felt so nervous prior to arriving at Broomhill to install my work, the butterflies were working overtime.  When I arrived I met Rinus  and some of the other artists who were also installing work I soon felt very much at ease.  

After deciding on an appropriate place to site the work an area was cleared.  Initially the work was going to be lower to the ground but nature would have swamped it.  So instead we placed 3 slabs beneath it, the rest of the posts beneath the radiator were buried and set in concrete to keep it well supported.
